Libya rebels 'in secret talks' over new regime

The BBC has learned that the leaders of Libyan rebels are in close contact with an extensive underground network of anti-Gaddafi supporters in the capital Tripoli.

A member of the rebel National Transitional Council has revealed in their eastern stronghold of Benghazi that they are in secret talks to prepare for the fall of the Gaddafi regime.
