'Growing tensions between courts and MPs'

While judges have refused to lift an injunction stopping journalists from identifying the footballer Ryan Giggs, it is possible to report his name because an MP used parliamentary privilege to reveal it yesterday.

Professor Robert Hazell, director of the constitution unit at University College London, analyses the "underlying tensions" between courts and parliament that have recently been "brought into sharper relief."
