Living conditions in Tripoli 'difficult'

Almost a week after the final battle for Tripoli began, there is growing concern about the increasingly difficult living conditions in the Libyan capital.

Many people are without water and electricity, food is scarce and there are growing sanitation problems.

Amid warnings from the United Nations that millions in the city are at risk - the rebels say they're trying to increase the supply of fuel - and to deliver water and medicine.

The BBC's John Simpson has been to visit Tripoli Airport, where he discovered a part of Col Goddafi's previous luxurious lifestyle.
