BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards gave you a chance to recognise some of your own personal heroes in your everyday life and in the celebrity world.
We asked you to nominate someone out there, so amazing, that you think the world needs to hear about them. Your nomination could have been a sibling, carer, fundraiser or just a great mate. As long as they have done something truly out of the ordinary or selfless, are aged between 12 - 17 years and live in the UK they could be nominated.
All of the entries for our Teen Heroes were reviewed by our team at Radio 1 and a shortlist was created. The shortlist was then presented to a panel of celebs and experts who decided on the winners.
We also asked you to vote for your favourite person or persons for Best British Single, Young Sporting Hero, Album, TV Show and Music Act from a shortlist created by our panel.
