Arsene Wenger deserves fans' respect - David Dein

In an in-depth interview with BBC Sport's Dan Roan, former Arsenal vice-chairman David Dein says the club's fans must respect manager Arsene Wenger's achievements.

Wenger has come under increasing criticism from supporters after six seasons without a trophy and the departure of Cesc Fabregas.

But Dein says it is "very dangerous" to talk about getting rid of the Arsenal boss, who has been at the club since 1996.

You can watch Dan Roan's interview with David Dein on Football Focus this Saturday 20 August on BBC One & the BBC Sport website from 1215 BST.
