All the action, on and off the stage
White Lies hail from Ealing and formed in 2007. They have a dark and brooding sound which owes much to post punk bands like Joy Division and Echo and the Bunnymen. Much hyped when they started out, the band seems to have delivered with their debut album, To Lose My Life, reaching number one in the charts. The follow up, Ritual, was released in January of this year. Following a successful set on the Other stage at Glastonbury, they continue the summer festival season with an appearance at Reading and Leeds.
