Becoming more unsettled through the period with mostly cloudy skies, with the showers potentially giving way to more prolonged spells of rain. The rain is expected to be introduced from the south and east later on Friday with a drier interlude overnight followed by heavy and persistent rain accompanied by moderate to fresh south-easterly to easterly winds.
