What does Pride stand for in 2019?

Protest was at the heart of the original marches – and for people such as Andrew Lumsden, who was on the first London one in 1972, Pride is about revolution.

But he says: "A revolution which doesn't also have fun is not a very good revolution."

With London celebrating Pride this weekend, we've been asking him and other people from its LGBT+ community whether it should be a party or a protest.
