Virat Kohli on Sunday's game against Pakistan: "We’re playing some good cricket so we're not too worried about where we stand. Having two wins gives you that extra confidence.
"We will have a couple of practice sessions so we know where we are in terms of mindset and skill. It’s also about going out and having game time. We are quite ready to take that game on."
On coping with the pressure of such a big game: "As soon you as enter the field it’s calm and relaxed.

More frustration in this year's Cricket World Cup as the start of India versus New Zealand at Trent Bridge has been delayed by rain and a wet outfield.
Both teams are hoping to extend their 100% winning record in the competition, but no play has been possible yet.
Shortly before the last scheduled pitch inspection at 13:30 BST, the rain started to get heavier and the forecast is not promising.
An abandonment would be the fourth in this World Cup.
The previous highest number of abandoned games in a World Cup was two, in 1992 and 2003.

The announcement no one wanted to hear comes over the PA - India against New Zealand has been abandoned.
The ground staff would need two hours in the current conditions and without any rain to get the pitch ready for play.
But the latest the match could start is 16:25 BST so that rules out getting the minimum required 20 overs per side in.
Both sides will remain unbeaten and take a point apiece from this washout.
