Kate Molleson and Tom Service host the British music industry's annual showcase celebrating the creative talent of composers and sound artists to promote the art of composition in contemporary classical, jazz and sound art. With twelve awards - with nominations coming from other musicians - in categories ranging from young performers and sonic art, choral music and jazz to large scale orchestral compositions, this promises to be a lively and thought provoking evening. There is also a Lifetime Achievement award, presented in association with the Music Publishers Association. The awards are held in association with the Performing Rights Society and BBC Radio 3.
