Salisbury poisonings: Who is the real 'Boshirov'?

He is, they say, Anatoly Chepiga, a colonel in Russian military intelligence. He had previously assumed the identity of Ruslan Boshirov. Here's everything we know so far from Roman Dobrokhotov, one of the journalists involved in the investigation.
