Cosmetic surgery doesn’t get more visible than a nose job. As the most searched for procedure online, it’s kicking off Plastic Surgery Undressed.

A poll of 18-30-year-olds commissioned by the BBC reveals that more than half are considering future cosmetic procedures or surgery. Of those who have already taken the plunge, 29% are unhappy with the results. So could knowing more in advance help us make the right decision – whatever that might be?
