Scottish Cup draw: Holders Celtic to face Hibernian in quarter-finals

Holders Celtic will travel to Easter Road to face Hibernian in the quarter-finals of the Scottish Cup.

Aberdeen will host Premiership rivals Kilmarnock or Rangers, while Partick Thistle will play Hearts at home.

And there will be a Championship clash between Dundee United and the winner of the Highland derby replay between Ross County and Inverness.

Brendan Rodgers' side defeated St Johnstone 5-0 to book their place in the last eight on Sunday.

Scottish Cup quarter-final draw in full:

Aberdeen v Kilmarnock or Rangers

Dundee United v Ross County or Inverness Caledonian Thistle

Partick Thistle v Heart of Midlothian

Hibernian v Celtic

Ties to be played weekend of 2 March 2019.

I am english and I can honestly say Rangers are despised down here , no one wants them for testamonials because their fans are a liability and the words that is used most to describe them and their team , vile , bitter and hateful

When a team gets as much help and penalties as Rangers do it's hard to rule them out. If it was a level playing field they would have been out already!

I read earlier that one of the Deluded from the Debt Dome predicted that they would win the double 😂 lets forget the league that's just silly, how about the cup? Killie and Aberdeen before the semi final then Celtic awate, nae chance of that then, always next year Sevvies or are you planning another liquidation next year for our amusement?

Don't write off kilmarnock.who decided they are out??

I hope for kilmarnock, not because i fear them any less than over rated rangers mob....but those rangers fans are a shambles.

The hatred and.jealousy that comes.through from rangers players towards aberdeen is cringy to watch although they deserved to win on wednesday.
