Mother of Beslan siege victims seeks answers

The European Court of Human Rights has been investigating Russia's culpability over the Beslan school siege in 2004.

More than 400 people, former hostages and relatives of the victims, have applied to the court, arguing that the Russian government should have done more to prevent the attack by Chechen separatists.

Emma Tagayeva lost her husband and both sons in the attack.
