Starving hedgehog left for RSPCA to collect
A householder found a sick hedgehog in her garden and left a note with it thanking the RSPCA for its work for when one of its officers came to collect it.

It was found this week at Fordham near Ely in Cambridgeshire.
RSPCA officer Naemi Kilbey said: "The poor hedgehog was tiny and breathing heavily.
"We do sometimes get offered cups of tea and cake when we are on the road and it is nice to feel appreciated."
The creature, which had been confined safely by the homeowner, was taken to the animal charity's hospital at East Winch in Norfolk and was said to be gaining weight and recovering well.
Arrest over Mannings Amusements burglary
A man has been arrested after cash was stolen from an amusement arcade on the Suffolk coast.
Mannings Amusements on Sea Road, Felixstowe, was broken into just before 05:00.
Suffolk Police said a 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary.
He was
taken to Martlesham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.

A former director of music at Jersey's Town Church has been charged with historic sex offences.
Kenneth Francis, 71, of Akasaka in Tokyo, was charged with 13 counts of indecent assault and four counts of committing an act of gross indecency.
The alleged offences happened in Chelmsford, Essex, according to police.
Four boys under the age of 16 are believed to be involved with the incidents, said to have happened between 1972 and 1979.
Mr Francis left Jersey some time after April 2017, according to the Diocese of Canterbury.
He is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court on 12 December, along with church musician Malcolm Archer.
