Ahead of the release this week of their new album, the legendary Suede play live for Steve, recorded at the BBC's Maida Vale Studios earlier this week. The band release their new album Autofiction on Friday, and the album is the follow-up to 2018’s The Blue Hour.
Produced by long-time collaborator Ed Buller, the band began the album in a rehearsal studio in the Kings Cross area of London. Bass player Matt Osman said on the rehearsals “When we were rehearsing and writing this record it was this sheer, physical rush. That thing where you’re hanging on for dear life.”
