The Fixing Challenge

Following the journeys of four challengers with only six months to improve their health as they attempt to complete RideLondon's gruelling 100-mile ride.

A follow-up to Fixing Dad, a documentary in which two sons set out to reverse their dad Geoff’s type 2 diabetes and succeeded not only in saving his life, but also in getting him into his best shape ever and cycling the daunting RideLondon 100-mile route.

Since then, thousands of people with a range of conditions have reached out to the family seeking help for themselves and their loved ones. The family are up for the challenge, but can the participants follow in Geoff’s tracks? Can they too complete RideLondon's gruelling 100-mile ride?

This inspiring film follows the journeys of four challengers with only six months to improve their health. They each have a history of chronic conditions, including diabetes, obesity, cancer and depression, and together they embark on a remarkable journey that sees them take control of their lives. But can they finish RideLondon too?

With moments of humour, sadness, grit and inspiration, The Fixing Challenge demonstrates the power of setting a big goal and reminds us that we can all take control of our health with support and perseverance.
