  1. Goodbye from Rangers' Euro campaign

We'll give you Steven Gerrard's reaction to the defeat by Slavia and that heated exchange involving Glen Kamara on the website later.

On the field, Rangers move on to Sunday's Old Firm derby, when they visit deposed champions and city rivals Celtic in their first domestic game since securing a 55th title - their first in 10 years.

Before then, we have live action from the Scottish Championship on Friday between Alloa Athletic and Dundee then five Premiership games on Saturday.

Join us then. Meanwhile, you can catch up with Thomas Duncan's match report of tonight's game at Ibrox here and an explanation of how tonight's result will boost Scotland's Champions League group representation despite Rangers' exit here.

    Bye for now.

  2. All over bar the shouting

FT: Rangers 0-2 Slavia Prague (agg 1-3)

While Rangers' Europa League campaign - and unbeaten home run - has come to an end, there will no doubt be much more said about that bust-up between Glen Kamara and Slavia's Ondrej Kudela.

The Rangers midfielder was incensed by something whispered in his ear by the centre-half.

Rangers manager Steven Gerrard complained to the opposition after the game and will no doubt have something more to say about it at the post-match media conference, for which we are still waiting.

FT: Rangers 0-2 Slavia Prague (agg 1-3)

Rangers fall at the last-16 hurdle for the second season in a row while Spurs suffered a shock 3-0 defeat to Zagreb in Croatia.

Arsenal progressed despite losing 1-0 at home to Olympiakos, while Paul Pogba's goal in Italy gave Man Utd a 2-1 aggregate win over AC Milan.

  4. 'It's a disappointed well done'

FT: Rangers 0-2 Slavia Prague (agg 1-3)

    Stuart McCall

Former Motherwell and Rangers manager on Sportsound

Quote Message: It's the reaction now. Steven Gerrard will realise how disappointed the players are. It was an even game, although the best side definitely won. Rangers didn't play their best. It's a disappointed well done and let's look to Sunday against Celtic
  5. Gerrard complains to Slavia officials

FT: Rangers 0-2 Slavia Prague (agg 1-3)

There's some heated exchanges on the touchline, with Rangers manager Steven Gerrard talking to opposite number Jindrich Tripisovsky and Slavia officials.

It appears to surround whatever centre-half Ondřej Kúdela whispered into the ear of Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara, with Gerrard cupping his hands around his mouth in demonstration.

  6. We didn't test them enough - Davis

FT: Rangers 0-2 Slavia Prague (agg 1-3)

That's Rangers' first home defeat in a year, only their second of the season and midfielder Steven Davis tells BT Sport: "We’ve not had the feeling much this season, so we’re disappointed.

"I didn’t think there was much between the teams, but we probably didn’t test their goalkeeper enough.

"The first goal we’re disappointed with, but the second was a bit of class. If we’d performed as well as we could over both legs, we would probably have gone through."

Substitute striker Kemar Roofe was sent off for a dangerous challenge on Ondřej Kolář that forced the goalkeeper off on a stretcher with Rangers only one behind.

"There was no malice in Kemar’s challenge," Davis adds. "He obviously went for the ball. We felt we had nothing to lose after that, but the second sending off makes it very difficult."

  7. 'Rangers can be proud'

FT: Rangers 0-2 Slavia Prague (agg 1-3)

    Peter Lovenkrands

Former Rangers striker on BBC Sportsound

  8. Missed opportunity

FT: Rangers 0-2 Slavia Prague (agg 1-3)

    Michael Stewart

Former Scotland midfielder on BBC Sportsound

Quote Message: It's disappointing because I still think, if Rangers had been able to impose their game a bit more, they could have done something. Gerrard won't have a go at his players. They've done so well to get here in the first place

FT: Rangers 0-2 Slavia Prague (agg 1-3)

    Peter Lovenkrands

FT: Rangers 0-2 Slavia Prague (agg 1-3)

This time, the providers turned scorers and Slavia pick up their second British scalp to reach the quarter-finals for the second time in three seasons.

  11. Rangers must put defeat behind them

FT: Rangers 0-2 Slavia Prague (agg 1-3)

    Stuart McCall

Rangers' dream of a first-ever Europa League quarter-final have ended in dramatic and emphatic fashion at the hands of a classy Slavia.

For the second year in a row, Steven Gerrard's side exit in the last 16.

Goals from talented midfield duo Peter Olayinka and Nicolae Stanciu in each half secured a deserved win for the Czech league leaders.

However, Rangers shot themselves in the foot with red cards for Kemar Roofe and Connor Goldson.
