FC United of Manchester boss Neil Reynolds, speaking to BBC Sport: "First of all, congratulations to Doncaster - they were fantastic.

"They are a good footballing team. We made a couple of mistakes and made some poor mistakes. But we should be super proud of ourselves for getting to the first round of the FA Cup."

Steve Sherburn: Lost 5-1 but being able to watch the side you partly own on BBC Two has made me really proud. Loved every minute. As the banner says: Making friends not millionaires.

  9. 'It's about going again'

FT: FC United of Manchester 1-5 Doncaster

    Alex Scott

Former England and Arsenal defender on BBC Two

I wouldn't be too hard on FC United. They applied themselves and I know it hurts now but it's about re-grouping and going again.

  10. Post update

FT: FC United of Manchester 1-5 Doncaster Rovers

    Love it!

Let's get some quotes shall we.

  11. FULL-TIME - FC United of Manchester 1-5 Doncaster Rovers

    It is the last kick.

A very professional job from League One Doncaster. Not too many sides will want to draw Rovers in the second round.

Commiserations to FC United. A great performance from them despite the scoreline. What a shame there were no fans in the ground to witness it.

  12. Post update

FC United of Manchester 1-5 Doncaster Rovers

Jason Eyenga Lokilo fires high and wide. I think that'll be the final kick.

  13. Post update

FC United of Manchester 1-5 Doncaster Rovers

Into the 90th minute now. No idea how many have been added on.

FC United have battled brilliantly. I agree, I think 5-1 is very harsh on the Norther Premier League side.

  14. Get Involved

    #bbcfacup

Tom Bickley: Good battling performance from FC United of Manchester. Three deflected goals is very unlucky. Score very flattering to Doncaster.

Mark Le Huray: Great to see Dan Lavercombe finally getting first team football - he' been unfortunate with the deflections.

  15. CLOSE!

FC United of Manchester 1-5 Doncaster Rovers

Two big chances in as many minutes.

This time it's substitute Michael Fowler who curls an effort narrowly off target for FC United.

  16. CLOSE!

FC United of Manchester 1-5 Doncaster Rovers

    Almost 5-2!

Michael Donohue steals the ball and races through on goal. He needs some composure but he rushes his shot and fires the ball just wide.

  17. Post update

FC United of Manchester 1-5 Doncaster Rovers

Very naughty from full-back Adam Dodd who leaves his studs on Jason Lokilo.

VAR and that could've been a red. Dodd's boot was high there. Lokilo looks good to carry on.

  18. SUBSTITUTION

FC United of Manchester 1-5 Doncaster Rovers

    Final change for Rovers.

James Coppinger, who's 40 in January comes off for 17-year-old Liam Ravenhill who's making his first-team debut.

    Gotta love the FA Cup.

  19. HITS THE WOODWORK

FC United of Manchester 1-5 Doncaster Rovers

    Off the bar.

So nearly a sixth for Donny as striker Fejiri Okenabirhie heads a corner against the woodwork.

FC United are just waiting for the whistle to go now.
