Hertfordshire PCC election: Conservative David Lloyd wins

David Lloyd has secured another four years as Police and Crime Commissioner for Hertfordshire following the elections for the post.
Labour's Kerry Pollard came in second place with 85,854 votes, compared with Mr Lloyd's 126,069.
The poll went into a second round of counting after none of the four candidates standing secured more than 50% of first preference votes.
Turnout in the election was double that of four years ago at 29%.
