In pictures: Admiral Fallow music video shot in Glasgow
Scottish indie band Admiral Fallow have shot scenes for a new music video in Glasgow ahead of the release of their new album Tree Burst In Snow. The band will appear at the Western Isles' HebCelt Music Festival and also RockNess on the shores of Loch Ness later this year
The video follows the wanderings of a treeman. Illustrator Ashley Clarke sketched some ideas for the character
Sketches were made of how the treeman's costume would look and fit together
The walking tree costume was constructed on the day of the shoot and relied on a large amount of prosthetics
Scenes for the music video were filmed on Glasgow's streets

The Treeman was also taken to Loch Lomond for other scenes in the video. According to Creative Scotland, eight major music videos were filmed in Scotland last year. That was down from 16 in 2010
Tree Burst In Snow will be released in May on Nettwerk Music Group. Nettwerk's other artists include electronic pop band Ladytron, who filmed scenes for a music video at Calanais Standing Stones on the west coast of Lewis
